Cancellation Policy

Please note that our members are eligible for the best registration rates and have access to many exclusive benefits. Become a member today! Your registration fee applies based on the status of your membership at the time of registration.

Cancellations before August 7, 2026
Cancellations requested before 11:59 pm ET on August 7, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, less than a $75 USD processing fee.  

Cancellations between August 8 and September 17, 2026
Cancellations requested between 12:01 am ET on August 8, 2026, and 11:59 pm ET on September 17, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund, less a $75 USD processing fee. 
 
Cancellations after September 17
Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for in-person or virtual registrations, or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 pm ET on September 17, 2026. 

Registrants who provide written notification to the Endocrine Society for the following circumstances may receive a full refund, less than a $75 USD processing fee:

• A death in the family 
• Personal injury or sudden illness 
• Acts of God, war, pandemics, or government-mandated travel restrictions 

Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds.  Cancellation requests submitted after September 17, 2026, will be reviewed and processed after EBR, which is scheduled for September 18 - 20, 2026. All cancellation requests must be submitted by September 17, 2026, and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after September 17, 2026. 

EBR Transfer and Exchange Policies

Registration transfers are not permitted at EBR. Registrants may instead submit a cancellation request in accordance with the EBR Cancellation and Refund policies.
